What does a clean cost?
Initial home cleaning starts at a $200 minimum. Recurring minimums are $100 weekly, $110 every two weeks, and $120 every four weeks. Your home’s condition and agreed tasks set the final quote. Rentals and moving cleans are quoted separately.
What’s included?
We confirm your room-by-room scope before the job. Typical work can include kitchen surfaces, bathroom fixtures, dusting, vacuuming and floor care. Appliance interiors, cabinet interiors and other extras require a separate agreement.
Who will be in my home?
Jaden and Annalee personally handle our launch cleans. We agree on access and preparation with you before arrival. Please keep door codes out of your initial request.
Can you help before guests arrive?
Yes—tell us your preferred date, arrival deadline and the rooms that matter most. We’ll confirm scope and availability before booking. A seasonal enquiry does not reserve a time slot.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. After we understand your home, we can quote weekly, every-two-week or every-four-week care. Your first clean does not require an ongoing commitment.
How do I report a missed item?
Email ajshometeam@gmail.com with the details so we can review them against your agreed scope and discuss the next step. Please avoid sending sensitive information through the request form.
